Shortcake, Bluey and Finesse UV/Sun Changer Nail Dip Powder

Shortcake is white to pink with holographic glitter. Bluey is white to blue with holographic glitter. Finesse is white to purple with holographic glitter. These are all white inside and will turn outside with sun or uv light. Available in a .35 oz mini or a tsp in a zip lock baggie.
